Ezgi Yoldaş

Ezgi Yoldaş is an associate in SCH-Legal’s Advisory and Litigation & Enforcement departments. She graduated from İzmir University of Economics Faculty of Law in 2019, began practising in 2020 and completed her LL.M. in private law at Dokuz Eylül University in 2024. She advises Turkish and international companies, mainly on commercial and employment law.

Her main areas of work include drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements, corporate governance, legal support for board processes, internal regulations and guidelines, and trade registry procedures. In employment law, she works on preventing and resolving disputes arising from individual and collective employment relationships, drafting employment contracts, terminations, employer compliance and mediation proceedings. She also prepares contracts, policies and procedures in lease law, personal data protection and corporate compliance, with a focus on identifying legal risks early.
