Yaren Aşık

Yaren Aşık is an associate in SCH-Legal’s Litigation & Enforcement department. She handles litigation and mediation in various areas, particularly tax law, employment law and commercial law.

Her work includes employment disputes on behalf of both employers and employees, and cases concerning tax assessments and tax penalties. In concordat proceedings, she handles the filing of claims, interventions and related litigation on behalf of creditors, and conducts the proceedings of companies and individuals that have applied for concordat on behalf of debtors. She also handles lease disputes, receivables and compensation claims arising from breach of contract, and companies’ proceedings before consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts.
