About
Mehmet Ali Begdeş is a managing associate in SCH-Legal’s Commercial Operations department. He advises Turkish and international clients on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), commercial law, contract law and corporate governance.
His main areas of work include foreign investment, company incorporations and restructurings, share transfers, investment processes, shareholders’ agreements and due diligence. He provides legal advice in Turkish and English, and has published a book on exemption from liability for damages under the CISG. He has been a member of the Istanbul Bar Association since 2018.
