Esin Balçık

Esin Balçık is a managing associate in SCH-Legal’s Advisory and Litigation & Enforcement departments. She graduated from Marmara University Faculty of Law and began practising in 2012. After working at EB Hukuk ve Danışmanlık Bürosu, she joined SCH-Legal in 2017. She has also been a registered mediator since 2022.

She advises multinational and Turkish companies on commercial and corporate transactions, including incorporations, articles of association, general assembly meetings, capital increases and contributions in kind, conversions, mergers and demergers, branch openings and closures, share transfers and shareholders’ agreements. She drafts and interprets the agreements companies rely on in their day-to-day business, such as sales, purchase, subcontracting, dealership and confidentiality agreements, and handles litigation and enforcement proceedings. She also works on the law of obligations and employment law.
