About
Sevim Güzelsu is an associate in SCH-Legal’s Data Protection department. She graduated with honours from İstanbul University Faculty of Law in 2024. As a student, she took an active role in organising university-wide academic events on current areas of IT law such as generative AI and personal data protection, with a focus on European Union regulation.
Her main areas of work include data protection compliance projects across various sectors, contract review and risk analysis; she is also involved in litigation. Her practice focuses on personal data protection law, IT law and advertising law, and she has carried out research and written articles on data brokerage and the protection of employees’ personal data in collective bargaining processes.
