About
Zeynep Ayhan is an associate in SCH-Legal’s Data Protection department. She runs compliance, audit and advisory work under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and advises on compliance with e-commerce legislation.
Her practice covers drafting and negotiating software, technology services and data processing agreements, and reviewing software and mobile app development from a data protection perspective. She assesses AI applications and services, and provides legal support on personal data protection and EU AI Act compliance in an international AI project.
