Semra Gürçal

Semra Gürçal is a managing associate in SCH-Legal’s Advisory department. She advises Turkish and international clients across various areas of private law, in particular corporate law, commercial law, contract and obligations law, employment law, and banking and finance law.

Her work focuses on the legal structuring of companies’ commercial activities, establishing and managing commercial and contractual relationships, corporate governance, legal risk assessment and dispute prevention. For companies she advises on an ongoing basis, she handles the drafting, review and negotiation of commercial agreements, the regulation of employment relationships and regulatory compliance.

She is involved in company incorporations and restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, share transfers, shareholders’ agreements, capital transactions, general assembly processes and due diligence. In banking and finance law, she advises on financing transactions, debt restructuring and refinancing.
