Elif Nur Öner

Elif Nur Öner is an associate in SCH-Legal’s Intellectual Property department. She advises on trademark application, registration, renewal, assignment, licensing and opposition procedures before the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office. She conducts trademark searches and watch services, prepares oppositions and observations against trademark applications, handles proof-of-use procedures, and provides legal support in trademark infringement and invalidation disputes.

Her main areas of work include building and managing trademark portfolios, trademark similarity analyses, likelihood-of-confusion assessments and trademark protection strategies. She also handles application, registration and protection procedures for designs and copyright.
