About
Aslıhan Tezel Müftüoğlu is a senior associate in SCH-Legal’s Advisory department. She has been practising law since 2018 and joined SCH-Legal in 2022. She advises Turkish and foreign-owned companies and public sector affiliates operating in various sectors, particularly the defence industry, on commercial law, corporate law, contract law and employment law.
Her work focuses in particular on the management of contract processes, trade registry procedures, mergers and acquisitions, employment law matters, the assessment of legal risks and the prevention of disputes. She regularly handles share transfers, shareholders’ agreements, capital transactions and general assembly processes.
She is a member of the SCH-Legal Artificial Intelligence Group, in which capacity she has worked as a legal expert on the development of AI tools for legal professionals and on digital platform projects for trade registry processes.
