About
Ahmet Sefa Yıldırım is an associate in SCH-Legal’s Advisory department. He provides legal advice in contract law, commercial law and employment law.
In addition to drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts, he works on commercial disputes, companies’ legal processes, employer–employee relations and employment disputes. He wrote his master’s thesis on the protection of minority shareholders against the majority in joint-stock companies.
