Uğur Deniz is a senior specialist in SCH-Legal’s Litigation & Enforcement department. He is involved in every stage of enforcement proceedings, from initiation to collection.

His work includes initiating bulk enforcement proceedings via UYAP (the National Judiciary Informatics System), debtor asset searches (MERNİS, SGK, TAKBİS, vehicle records), electronic attachments and preparing official requests to authorities. He monitors statutory deadlines in high-volume enforcement portfolios and conducts collection negotiations.
