Beklen Aydemir Doğu is a managing associate in SCH-Legal’s Commercial Operations department. She leads legal advisory work on companies’ commercial operations and institutionalisation processes.
She works on establishing contractual relationships, assessing legal needs and carrying out the related corporate transactions during the planning and implementation of commercial projects. As part of the preventive legal advice provided to companies, she mainly advises on corporate law, contract law and employment law.
